1. THE PACKAGING

The product was delivered in the well-known standard Amazon package.

In the outer cardboard packaging there was a normal black fabric bag that contained the dog stairs. Unfortunately, the actual stairs were againwrapped in plastic. The product was very well protected by the packaging. The outer packaging is made of cardboard, the inner packaging is made of fabric. The brand name, address and contact details as well as the barcode are clearly visible on the outer packaging.


2. THE FIRST IMPRESSION

After opening it, we immediately noticed that the product was well thought out.

When unpacking the dog stairs there was no bad smell.

The product has a sturdy aluminum frame, which ensures a stable entry for up to 70 kg.
The first use of the dog stairs is also good because the stairs can be easily folded out.

The dog stairs come with few accessories.
The scope of delivery includes the following parts: a transport bag and a small card.
