1. THE PACKAGING

The outer plastic packaging contained the trunk protector. No further packaging was used.

The product was very well protected by the packaging.

Our testers would have liked more environmentally friendly outer packaging, but the polybag has two buttons that make it reuse possible in the home, among other places.

The outer packaging contains the brand name, the address and a contact option as well as the barcode well visibly attached.

2. THE FIRST IMPRESSION

After opening it, we immediately noticed that every detail had been thought of

Unpleasant smells were not noticed after the packaging was removed.

The product is made of thick Oxford material, which is waterproof, robust and very durable > is.
The first use of the boot protector is also good because the protective mat is easy to attach.

The trunk protector comes with sufficient accessories.
The following parts are included in the scope of delivery:

    • Fastening straps to securely attach the boot protector to the car

There is a QR code printed on the outer packaging, which directs you to a demonstration video.
This is easy understandable and very detailed. Further care instructions are also described on the website.

3. THE PRACTICE TEST

The product was developed as a protective mat to protect the trunk from dirt caused by dogs.
The trunk protector serves this purpose excellently.

Below we briefly explain how the test product works:
The trunk protector can be attached through the headrests in the back seat.
The side parts are attached using Velcro fasteners on the left and right. This means that the trunk protector is very stable.
On the back seat the protective mat is attached to the front and rear headrests with removable loops and fixed by two anchors.
A door protection is created by folding up the side panels, which are attached to the door handles using the supplied straps.

We found the following particularly striking:

    • The underside of the protective mat is made of a non-slip material
    • The zippers seem very robust
    • The material is scratch-resistant and is easy to clean

The product has a clear benefit and offers the user the following advantages, among others:

    • Thanks to the removable floor, coarse dirt can be quickly shaken off without having to remove the entire boot protector
    • Due to the design and size of the trunk protector, it can be used universally in cars, SUVs and station wagons
    • quick assembly
    • The trunk protector can also be attached to the back seat

In our test we found some unclean seams.

The trunk protector is very easy to use.

When used properly, our testers were unable to detect any risk of injury from sharp edges or protruding parts.
